Holistic Meditation with Qi gong, Aromatherapy, Crystals, and Sound healing

With this meditation we will be past the mid point of winter having a new snow moon and the Chinese new year of the dog. For thisWith this meditation we will be past the mid point of winter having a new snow moon and the Chinese new year of the dog. We will use Qi gong, aromatherapy, crystal healing, sound healing, and guided imager to take you on a wonderful journey. This meditation is designed to bring a deeper connection between ourselves and mother earth. Many of us find ourselves disconnected and experience illness and disease in our bodies. Now more than ever it is important to connect with nature to restore balance and health. Take time for yourself to become grounded. As you bring your awareness inside, you will discover the light that shines within. The meditation begins by applying essences, and then practicing simple Qi Gong exercises. Then you will be given crystals while you lay down and are led on a journey deep into the earth. The journey will accompanied by a drum, singing bowl, rattle, and chanting. The meditation will close with an inspirational passage and time for reflection.
