In traditional Chinese medicine, Ku Ding leaves have been used to treat wind heat and inflammation due to its cooling and calming properties. In addition, it can eliminate toxins from the body, support digestion, improve circulation, lower blood pressure, and enhance memory/focus. Cinnamon has been used for many centuries as a spice, but did you know it was also used in traditional Chinese Medicine? For those struggling with staying warm, cinnamon is perfect as it is a warming herb that also helps tonify the kidneys and spleen. Rich in antioxidants, cinnamon has been used to treat a variety of cardiovascular diseases in TCM which makes it a great choice for supporting heart health.

Rosehips are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. For this reason, not only is it a great immunity booster, but rosehips have been used in traditional Chinese Medicine for moving qi, calming the heart and spirit, reduces inflammation, alleviates spasms and has a cooling effect on the body.
