Happy new year! While 2020 had so many challenges it also had so many blessings as well!

We can choose what we want to focus on. I always like to start my year with reflections and intentions. Giving thanks for the challenges and the blessings too.

With all that happened in 2020 no matter what our experience we learned the value of connection. Focusing on what is really important in our lives. In the end it is the little things, not the material things. The internal, not the external that is most important. Our families, our friends, our health, our homes,  and having all that we need to live that is what matters. Everything else is a bonus and nothing is taken for granted. Many did not have some or any of those things and support is still needed in so many ways.

Another thing I found so powerful was that we were forced to look inside ourselves and and stand up for what we believe in. Making your voice heard makes a difference.

We learned the value of nature connection and the need for sustainability and self-reliance if attainable.

There is so much more too but I look forward to the evolution of all the blessings of 2020. All of the connections, kindness, compassion spreading more and more as we enter into this new earth by adopting some of the old ways of living. Stepping outside of ourselves and stepping into nature can be healing for us all. Build the connections with nature and we can do the same with each other to make the world a better place!

I personally feel so blessed to be able to help others to heal themselves. I am always honored to work with clients, students, and provide healing tools for self care.

I am grateful for my family, friends, my wife, our new puppy, our treehouse, my connection to nature, and so much more.

On the first of January we have made it a tradition to visit the waterfall that is close to us. I found some frozen enoki mushrooms on a dead elm that the end was shaped like a heart

Showing us that no matter where are we can find love if we look for it. May you find love wherever you go in 2021 and beyond 🙏✌️❤️🕯
